I am a student reading History, Politics and Economics at University College London (UCL). I put a focus on my sessions being enjoyable - learning should be fun, interesting and at the end of the day something you look forward to doing. Subsequently, I partly measure progress through increased interest with studies as it is an obvious sign of improved engagement and enjoyment, albeit grades are also important. My course at university is incredibly varied and inter-disiplinary and through this I have developed a wide range of knowledge and skills which I can transfer in my tutorials. Outside of my studies I enjoy photography and travelling. Prior to starting uni I went on a gap year where I volunteered teaching English in Vietnam, travelled around New Zealand and worked as a lifeguard in USA.
