I am an experienced tutor of Italian and German with a Master’s degree with distinction (110/110 magna cum laude) in Modern Languages, issued by the University of Turin, Italy. I hold a TIAFL 'Teaching Italian as a foreign language' certificate from the Italian Cultural Institute, London. I am a passionate teacher committed to raise children’s achievements and help them improve their grades: all my German GCSE students got an A or an A* in their final exams in June 2017. My communicative approach enables students to develop confidence in the language quickly and to use the language effectively in a variety of situations. In particular, I often use games, songs and authentic materials such as films or newspaper articles, so that my students can come into contact with relevant cultural aspects related to each language.
