I am a legal practitioner with a passion for teaching. I was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in November 2008. Since then, I have cross-qualified as a solicitor and currently manage an award winning legal advice centre. My teaching style is collaborative; I continuously encourage students to test their understanding of the topic they are learning. I also take the time to understand the students unique approach to learning and tailor my teaching accordingly. In addition to teaching on subject matters, I believe it is important that students develop soft skills, such as emotional intelligence and executive presence. These skills are seldom taught in educational institutions, but are crucial to ones professional success. As a result, where relevant, emphasis is placed on these skills, to provide students with a competitive advantage.
