Sometimes learning in a class of thirty with one teacher is not enough to ensure a student feels confident and secure in a subject. I aim to help students gain a solid grasp of the core ideas of Geography, as well as extending their learning into their areas of interest; pushing their exam answers to the next level through further research and thought. My emphasis is on finding learning and revision techniques that suit each individual, therefore making their work and revision more effective. I want students to feel confident that they have done everything possible to put themselves in the best position possible to achieve their desired grade. During sessions I can go over what has been taught in class that week, go through practise questions, do quizzes or revise previous topics. Throughout GCSE and A level I found Geography to be the most engaging topic. I want to pass an interest in Geography onto students or help them turn that passion into exam results.
