I am an enthusiastic humanities and literature specialist, with a strong background in English, History, Philosophy and French. I hold a degree in Law from the University of Durham. I currently work at a marketplace technology startup based in London whose focus is creating a mobile platform for offline creative learning. I like to take a personal approach to tutoring as the needs of one student varies greatly from another, and what works for one student may well not work for others. I always strive to make my lessons engaging, interesting and fun, as developing a real interest goes hand in hand with improvement. My key strengths lie in essay writing and structure, and the efficient use of language to communicate ideas. I am a keen-eyed proof-reader, and have a wealth of experience in this area from peer-reviewing essays and dissertations to lab reports and even pitch decks. I have a working knowledge of modern history in America and Europe, as well as contemporary philosophy.
