2nd year PhD student studying Mechanical Engineering. Tutoring for 5 years now and still going strong because it's such a rewarding job for me. I'm a graduate pursuing further studies, I understand exactly what you - the student are going through as not too long ago I was in the exact same position. I like to build a strong connection with my students, we'll find a learning style suited to you and help you reach that awesome potential! My availability for tutoring is limited to only weekends (timings can work around you). In my spare time I like to read, go on long walking trails and I'm big fan of all kinds of tea!

Tutoring for over 5 years with the Tutor Trust going into schools or tutoring looked after children (LAC) in their homes. The best job satisfaction for me is when a student achieves grades higher than expected since starting tutor sessions with myself, this shows that through my support and their own tenacity they can reach their true potential and achieve great success. Students I've tutored have gone on to pursue fantastic careers. I use all kinds of methods to tailor the sessions to suit your needs and make the learning process as easy and comfortable for you as possible. From using old fashioned pen and paper, analogies to explain concepts and interactive aids such as laptops and ipads to help understand using visuals.
