I became interested in teaching and lecturing since I was 18 years old, when I was asked to replace the art teacher in college. This made me realise that I enjoyed working with students and this college experience confirmed lecturing as a career choice. I completed 5 years studies in law and thereafter called to the Bar at the Middle Temple Inn. While studying and after completing my masters in law, I had the opportunity to lecture at university level. This experience has fired my enthusiasm and prepared me effectively to take further responsibility for my own classes.

My LLB and LLM have trained me to cover all the law modules and my subject specialisms are civil law, corporate law and land law. Further, I also studied French law at degree level, and I had the opportunity to prepare handbooks for new modules to be covered as electives, such as private international law. Further, I have been working with a IT company as contract analyst (while still lecturing on a part time basis at the university) where I have developed further my presentation skills and develop a better understanding of the practical aspect of law and this is what made me lecturing more efficient. I also refer to past experience and examples while giving lectures.
