My tutoring experience both in the UK and USA has afforded me a multicultural understanding and advantage when mentoring. As an Art and English tutor, I am committed to the personal development of each student and my method of approach is tailored to the individual, to bring out the best in them. I am a very patient and attentive tutor, best suited for individuals that struggle with learning independently as well as more advanced learners that want more detailed critique of academic works. My aim is to use my experience and skill set throughout my two degrees to help others pursue their goals, no matter how big or small. Please contact me with any questions!

During my exchange experience at Chapman University in California in 2013 - I became a Digital Art's tutor for 1 Year. My responsibility was to focus on mentoring 1st Year students (17/18 Years Old). Assisting them with learning new design software, new terminology and digital painting techniques. I created step-by-step video tutorials that students found incredibly useful as it gave them the option to pause and replay. I tutored 5 students during the 1 year on a weekly rota system. 2 Years later, during my MA Degree in 2015, I tutored 3 3rd Year Games Design students (21-22 Years Old) during their final projects. This was a more advanced level tutoring experience; I helped them learn to plan and structure their time across projects, taught one on one digital painting techniques and critiqued their academic writing for dissertations, the latter was especially useful for the one international student (23 Years Old) who struggled with english grammar.
