Hi! I am a Cambridge University graduate working as a full-time Maths tutor. I have a sound academic record (four A*'s at A-Level including Maths and Further Maths, First Class Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Cambridge) which has allowed me to tutor students aiming for a top A* (or grade 9) in Maths. That said, I have taught just as many students aiming for lower grades. In any case, the vast majority of my past students have met or exceeded their target grade - I do not believe there are many tutors with a better tutoring track record than this. Now please forgive this overly-professional introduction! First and foremost, I tutor because I enjoy it. I like to teach, and I like Maths. I am enthusiastic as a tutor and so students do tend to look forward to my lessons! I hope to speak to some of you and answer any queries. Please note I will reduce my price in certain cases including where students would like longer lessons.

I have been tutoring for two years, teaching students (both Secondary School/Sixth Form students and mature students) in and around the South London area. I am now working full-time as a tutor. In this time I have not had any parent or student be disappointed with my work; I plan to keep it that way! I have most often taught A-Level and GCSE Maths though I have also taught Pure Maths, Further Maths, Mechanics and Statistics at A-Level, as well as Key Stage 3 Maths. I am familiar with all of the national exam boards. I have helped students with everything from understanding the course, and any assignments/homework they may have, to revising and preparing for exams. I have taught students of all abilities, from those working towards a pass to those working towards an A* or grade 9. I have also worked with students with disabilities such as ADD.
