I have a Masters in Bio-Technology and Bachelors in Microbiology. I have worked as Scientist in King's College London Institute of Pharmacy in the field of anti-cancer drug design and development and have a three research papers to my name in this field. Teaching is something I always enjoy. I used to be a full time lecturer in college but cannot go for full time job now as I have to take care of my baby. I am therefore looking to teach Biology to IB, GCSE and A level students at my home. As I had to learn my school lessons myself, I know the areas in Biology which are confusing and difficult to understand and appreciate. During teaching, I throw in day to day example to make learning fun and easy and inculcate interest in the subject. I also give tips and mnemonics to help students retain their learning via mind mapping. I can teach at my home only as I have a little one to take care of. I am happy to offer a trial class and am available all days in a week.
I have a full time teacher for over three years. My teaching experience has mostly been at college level as a lecturer and as mentor to teach microbiology techniques to MSc students. I am now looking to teach GCSE, IB and A level students at home.
